Introduction

 

EasyEDA is software for designing printed circuit board block diagrams or electrical schematics. EasyEDA, released in August 2013, is available on Mac Os, Linux and Windows. Easy Eda software lets you simulate your circuit before building it in real life.

EasyEda is free software. To download it, you need to go to this site.

Here’s what you’ll see once you’re on the EasyEda site:

Clicking on Download will take you to a page where you can choose the system on which to install EasyEda :

Once you’ve chosen your system, the download begins. Here is the file you get:

Once you’ve launched the installation manager, you’ll be asked to choose the folder in which you want to install EasyEda:

Here you can create an online project to share with your colleagues. To do this, you’ll need to create an account with EasyEda. Alternatively, you can click on Project Offline Mode to work locally on your computer:

We’ve chosen the Project Offline Mode option, so we’re asked where our project will be saved:

Now all you have to do is use EasyEda :and get started on your first project:
