Doom 3 on Raspberry Pi

Introduction

Doom 3 is a first-person shooter video game developed by id Software and published by Activision. Released in 2004, this third installment in the legendary “Doom” franchise features a darker atmosphere and revolutionary graphics for its time.

To install Doom 3 on the Raspberry Pi, we’re going to use an application manager called “Pi-app”, which will enable you to install any type of software on your board. You can download it from the following link:

wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Botspot/pi-apps/master/install | bash

Once you’ve downloaded the link, click on the icon that appears on your desktop. You will need to confirm that you wish to run the executable:

Once you have installed the driver, you will need to go to Games then Doom 3:

Once you’ve found it, all you have to do is install the software:
