Audacity, a popular audio recording and editing software, can also be installed on a Raspberry Pi, allowing you to work on audio projects directly from this small computer. Thanks to its Linux-compatible version, it is possible to use Audacity to record sounds, perform audio editing, add effects, and professionally edit audio files—even on a low-cost device.

To install Audacity on the Raspberry Pi, we will use an application manager called Pi-app, which allows you to install all kinds of software on your device. You can download it using the following link:

Once the link is downloaded, you can click on the icon that appears on your desktop. You will need to confirm that you want to run the file:

Once the manager is installed, you will need to search for Audacity:
